RANDEE NOVICK MacDONALD, founder and president of the R. Macdonald Consulting Group, is an executive coach and strategic advisor to leaders in many fortune 500 companies. Ms. MacDonald has advised hundreds of executives across a broad spectrum of industries and is a nationally recognized speaker on developing organizational and leadership capabilities.
Randee has over 25 years' experience in executive coaching, strategic planning and human resource consulting supporting a broad spectrum of global corporations and diverse industries. She brings a unique and pragmatic entrepreneurial creativity to solving business problems and developing the leadership and organizational capabilities needed to succeed in today's dynamic market place. Working with executives, leadership teams and human resource organizations, she specializes in converting vision and strategy into action and bottom-line results.
Randee holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, a M.A. from the University of San Francisco and has completed executive development programs in both business strategy and organizational effectiveness at UC Berkeley, University of Southern California, Simmons College, and Babson College. She has contributed her leadership to The Human Resource Planning Society as national co-chair for learning and development and as a speaker in the areas of executive coaching, succession planning and leadership development. In addition Randee is a graduate and alumnae board member of Leadership California and an alumnae board member for the UC Berkeley Haas Center for Executive Development.
